3. Platform Trademarks

Social Faux generates mock-ups that simulate the visual appearance of third-party social media platforms (such as Twitter/X, Instagram, WhatsApp, and others). These platform names and interfaces are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Social Faux is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of these platforms.

The interface templates used in generators are created independently for illustrative purposes and do not constitute reproduction of copyrighted software.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use Social Faux to generate images that:

• Reproduce copyrighted text, images, or media belonging to others without permission
• Infringe the trademarks or trade dress of third parties
• Are intended to deceive others into believing a fabricated post is real

5. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

• A description of the material you claim is infringing and its location
